I agree with this entirely. No matter who is rejecting you or your work, it's just one person's opinion. Just because it's a person who might have the power to publish your work and maybe even pay you for it, it's still just a person. Take their feedback in stride and try again. *Smile* Writing is like any skill. It takes practice.
