October Novel Prep Challenge

I did two object studies - one for the protagonist, Devin, and one for the other main POV character, Caitlyn. Interesting when I discovered which items they cherished - especially what Devin chooses to carry with him despite his nomadic nature - Jung's Red Book, carefully wrapped and protected.

Caitlyn surprised me as well. I knew it would be something to invoke her parents, but the crayon drawing of her family, made when she was five, was not what I expected, nor the drawing which accompanied it, made two years after they died.

Interesting stuff.
