Besides the book entry title not being part of the text that shows as the review link,

at this time the header displayed by a review link does not list which entry of a book is being reviewed.

Which entry is being reviewed is shown in --
the review notification email to the item owner
the owner's review list from the book item
the owner's reviews received list
the reviewer's reviews sent list
the Public Reviews list [if applicable]
the affiliated group's reviews list [if applicable]
