I have a question about adding chapters to my "Book".
Hello,

I have just recently purchased an upgraded membership and started writing my novel. I have created an item to begin with and selected "book" as item type. My question is this. When I finish the first chapter and want to start on the next, do I add Chapter 2 below Chapter 1 or do I add an entry and put chapter two there?
