Hi Gale,

Thanks for the feedback on the site, it's appreciated! When I pull up the error using the reference number you gave, the error states:

         The username iguanamountian does not exist within our system. Please check your spelling and try again.

If you tried again and corrected the spelling from iguanamountian to the correct iguanamountain then we may have a bug, but this error is due to spelling alone.

Let us know if it still won't let you in as multiple devices should not be an issue (speaking as someone who rotates between PC, laptop and iPad frequently!!)
