Hi Ann,

Thank you so much for your insight and advice here. My warning sign is the thoughts of suicide, thankfully I immediately go to the docs when this happens before I act on it. I immediately stop riding the car and mrs nang takes away all medication and dangerous items from the house, It's a precaution we have decided on when things get so bad.
