Mass delete Book entries?
Just wondering if we could add the ability to clear out a Book item if one, say, made a bunch of placeholder entries or something... If we could have some kind of bulk delete function in the Manager section of a book that would be super neat-- I looked but didn't see one, so either I'm missing something really obvious or there isn't one yet.
