Yes, I know what it is like to NaNo with children, but neither of mine were born during the write-til-your-fingers-bleed month. I also set unrealistic expectations for myself.
The good news is newborns often sleep a lot. The hard part is wrangling your toddler. Any time you get both of them down you probably ought to be sleeping, but I never did that. I wrote. But be nice to yourself in the goals department. ANY number of words is a big deal. Getting a story together may take a few months, and if you need a writing buddy, just keep tabs here. I'm always writing and I'm worth challenging to get the goals going.
