I'm not sure if staff items are excluded from the awards, but just in case I nominate "Weekly Goals"   by The StoryMistress . This forum has not only encouraged veteran and new members to think about, and commit to, weekly goals for themselves, but it is also bringing new members in from Facebook that might not otherwise create an account. It provides incentives for members to set goals, and regardless of whether those were met, rewards them for the attempt at the end of the week if they post a status. It also encourages members to support each other in those goals.
