Corrupt a Wish

Granted, but the entity paying the electric bill is using your lights, along with many of your neighbor's lights, as a landing marker. Not only can you never turn off the lights, it's also only a matter of time before the vehicle will use those landing lights. You don't want to know what's in the vehicle, paying the bill!
