I grant your wish for one hundred million dollars without your being required to pay taxes or fees of any kind. Beginning at noon tomorrow, a random number of silver dollars (between 1 and 12) will fall out of the sky at random intervals (during daylight hours) and strike you squarely on the head until you have received all one hundred million dollars.
