Achy feet
In the summer, I use a 2 liter bottle filled with cold water, sometimes I even store some in the freezer so they are even colder and I put it on the floor and roll it under my feet. It feels so good!
In the winter I fill a two liter bottle with hot water and do the same thing it feels awesome on cold feet.
