Wow, thank you so much! That was so reassuring and informative. Unfortunately, while I was writing this post, I failed to to realise what I was actually writing. My story does have conflict. It not the most popular choice, but it is man vs. self. My character is going from point A to point B. In order to get there, the character is thrown into an uncomfortable situation, pushing outside of her comfort zone in order to finally arrive at point B. Maybe it was the cough syrup, maybe the lack of sleep, but I do apologize for writing a post that was not informative. I certainly appreciate your time and replying so fast. I will print this out and tape it on wall creative wall in front of my desk.
