October Novel Prep Challenge

I developed a system of mythology and religion in my current project, and I need a higher creator because Bad Things are going to happen to my gods.

I'll share a snippet from my freestyle brainstorm:

The Elements could theoretically endure forever. So where did these humans even come from? Are we going there, with the idea of intelligent design and/or an all-powerful creator?

No, we're not going there. We are, but metaphorically. In this story Life = God...

Yes, I always refer to myself with the "Royal We" while brainstorming.

So I'm mixing a fabricated religion with an actual religion, but I'm doing it carefully. I remember reading The Golden Compass trilogy and being royally pissed off that Pullman turned the Judeo-Christian God Almighty into a wimpy dying angel.
