You don't have to finish the whole outline today. In fact, I've found that the first draft of the outline is just broad strokes. Later on, as there are more outline days, you fill in more and more detail as you come to know it. So long as you spent fifteen minutes on it, you have fulfilled the requirements for today's assignment.
