I'm with you in the "get stuff finished" club. My deadline runs to the end of the year, and I'm outlining two novels which I'll be writing in November and December. One is my brand-new NaNo project, the other is a WiP that started as last year's NaNo project.

Daunting, but necessary. Infinitely extendible deadlines are deadly!
