Even for those of us living outside of the USA, regardless of time difference, 72 hours WDC time cannot elapse between one entry and the next.

I'm not sure, but I think this rule is new for this round, so from what I hear, there is a one-time exception for people who didn't know. I'm sure one of the awesome leaders can explain it better than I can, though! >_<;;
