Perhaps I should clarify just a bit. The guy I need to recapture is a notorious drug king and specializes in the trafficking of kids for sex. He returns stateside for two reasons (1) to collect his shipment and flush out the guy whom he suspects betrayed him. This opens the door to my MC who is a ADA and is hunting the same man because he killed her parents and left her dead. The recapture of my bad guy( I need him alive) will force her to team up. That is it in a nut shell All of this will come out in my story and some of it is based on the circumstances of Rafael Caro.
