October Novel Prep Challenge

Since I'm a month behind in reading this I thought I'd let you know what I've been doing in regards to legalities. I've been starting an autobiography. Obviously there will be people in my book which will be mentioned. I could do it one of two ways: 1) fictional names 2) real names. Since a lot of it will be family and friend related I decided to ask those involved their take and if I could use their names. If they said I could I asked them to sign a waiver to that fact. That way it covers us both. They've given me permission to use their name in the book and I've gotten their signed permission to do so.
