Noticing Newbies

So, really proud of my 'Red Death' book (work-in-progress). I've got one major fan of it, my best friend, in the outside world. But, here, it's stagnate. Only one person reviewed it - they gave it stars but no written review.
However, I am in need of people to give it reviews. I need to know if its worth pursuing. So, I changed the review settings. I changed it so that people have to write a review in order to leave me stars. I also have it so that who ever reviews it will get 100 points. I'm hoping this helps.
Does this seem to mean of me?
