I have learned over the years to use the suggestions I agree with and let go of the rest. Everyone has an opinion and you don't have to agree with it. Nowadays, I send back a polite thank you and leave it at that. I used to send back explanations, but it's not worth it, believe me. Delete the review and move on.
The best thing you can do is remember you control your story and it's up to you if you want to use suggestions in a review or not. It's hard sometimes, as we feel a bit protective, but try to let it go. Not everyone has good etiquette. Like in real life.
