After a good start to February I am in high spirits. My goals this week, in order of importance.
# 1: Monitor my food intake and exercise, using My Fitness Pal app. I am on Day 30 on this. # 2: Prepare exhibition materials for a conference on 20th February. # 3: Continue with "The Soundtrack of Your Life" Day 9 - 13 # 4: Continue to answer BCOF/Blogging Circle of Friends prompts # 5: Continue to keep up to date with email # 6: Consolidate my NaPoWrMo book from 2014. This is a must this week. # 7: Remember to write Weekly Goals Update on Friday!
