Yes, this is a site to write and have peers review your work. It's also a site where you review others' work! (Don't say no I can't because you can!)

There are several ways you could begin. You could look at the review request page (left of your screen, 'things to do and read' 'please review') and review someone who has posted there.

You could post items you've already written in your portfolio, or create new ones.

You could enter contests.

And a LOT more stuff!

The thing is, get involved in the community in some way, feel your way around and have fun doing so.

Incidentally, from your introductory post, your English is pretty good.
