I have to say upfront that your English is very good! You've impressed me already.

This site can definitely help with your creative writing skills. There is a lot more to fiction writing than just a wide vocabulary, although that skill never hurt anybody. The mechanics of writing is important, but so is the ability to build an engrossing story. You can't have one without the other. The best advice I can give is to jump right in and start writing. Post your work to your portfolio and let people critique it. Also, you can learn a lot by reviewing other people's work.
