Just arrived in my mailbox today. One of my reviewers recommended it to me, and I'm looking forward sucking all of the information out that my brain can handle.

"How to Tell a Story: The secret of writing captivating tales"
By Peter Rubie and Gary Provost (C) 1998. A lot of libraries have it, and while it is currently 'out of print', Amazon has a number of resellers that have it in stock.

I paid about $7.50 plus shipping.
