How did you find out your mental ilness?

Hello I am a newbie here. I just would like to say I am glad there is a page for mental illness. I would like to share my diagnosis. Which are Schizoaffective with bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, Panic attack/Anxiety, Social phobia, Eating disorder and Multiple Sclerosis.
I was not aware of any of these I never ever thought I would have been diagnosed with any of this.
Although I was diagnosed with Manic depression when I was 20 years old when I attempted to do something not so nice to my self and ended up in the psych ward. When I was 16 or 17 I was diagnosed with depression.
Well I will end my post for now in hopes someone can relate or post a comment back.
