Yes, I have the same problem. No, I'm not sure how to make a favorites folder that I can easily access here on WDC. :-/

My solution, though, works well for me. I write all my reviews in Notes, stored on iCloud, then copy them into the review box of the item when I am done. This allows me to leave it and come back to it when I have time and even to do so on different devices (the computer, my iPad, even my iPhone). I have a note set up called To Review List, where I keep a running list of items I want to go back to read/re-read/review. I also copy the item number and paste it into my list with the author's name, so when I'm ready I can just search for that item number in the search field at the top of the WDC page and go right to it.

This probably isn't what you're looking for exactly. I'm hoping others will respond with a much better internal solution!
