The dream I had is maybe one fifth of the story and mostly shows up in the development of the setting. That dream was a very long time ago, and because it was so fragmented without any sense of plot (which some of my dreams have), it's sometimes a little difficult to separate the dream from the story. The narrator, plot, and other characters were not in the original dream but pieced in as I delved into the logistics of the resort. I'd actually planned a set of five stories around the place but have only written two. The third one has been exceptionally difficult because the main character is a far more submissive young woman than I've ever written. Getting into her head was really difficult at 20/21. I might have more success at 30/31 but have to balance that with new projects that involve somewhat looser cannons.
