More video tutorials?
I think some of the most common issues that I see in Tech Support might be easier for people to understand if it was presented in forms besides written instructions. Things like item creation, adding favorites, and demonstrating the search function would be awesome to see done in a tutorial, and I'd be happy to share those videos. *Smile*
