Since you've already picked out name for the heroine, maybe you could start writing down ideas and look into possible ideas for setting. For the guy you keep thinking of, I instantly thought of Jake, or maybe Mark. But that's just me, it all up to you. I know for me, I get my best ideas, when I'm trying to sleep. So maybe you could, if you have not already, keep a journal. So when the ideas do come, you'll be able to quickly jot them down and store for later. Hope this helps.
