Get up to Seattle tomorrow for spine exam.
(Not sure how many days it will take me to recover from the trip)

shots
shower

House-depending on health

Wash, and dry whites
Get whites folded and away
get reds folded/hung and away
get lights folded and away
get or have bedroom floor vacuumed
Get Bedding changed


Writing.-

Edit 5 pages
If able to sit at computer, type at least 3 pages into it

If able, do one review-sorry I've let you all down on this
work on writing notes to church ladies
