Allowing links to open in new tabs or windows
It would really be great if clicking on links in the left column could be opened in another tab instead of defaulting to make that tab/window go there. It is very frustrating when you want to keep the tab you have open and even if you right click or use <CTRL>, it changes and opens in that tab/window.

It does this in both IE 11 and FF 38.  This only started with P15, so I'm wondeing if it's a bug or just a new feature.
