Help with finding an interactive

I know this forum is dead but hopefully someone is still listening. I'm looking for an interactive story about a shrunken boy which contains chapters in which a sister puts him inside his mom's ass. I don't remember much more about it, only that she exercises and the sister eventually tells the mom that he's in there by saying "nice tattoo" or something like that. This is a long shot but if this rings any bells for anyone, I would be so thankful.
