I often find in real life that our strengths and weaknesses are one and the same. Visionary? Not particularly detail oriented. Driven to accomplish things? Abrasive and demanding. Frugal? Cheap. Intelligent? Arrogant and low tolerance for stupidity. Kind and gentle? Unable to stand up for self and others in the face of danger. Those are oversimplifications and not always true, but I'm giving examples to demonstrate the general gist of my theory.
