October Novel Prep Challenge

Okay so this is my 11th Nano and hopefully my 8th win.
But, October means something to me too. It means the following:

Start prep
Cheer everyone on
Remind people that they don't want to fall to far behind
Keep Prepping
Start thinking about decorating for Samhain (halloween)
On or around the 20th, Look at my prep work and think why am I doing this to myself again? It will never get published. I am only a good writer in Arkansas and its just good it isn't great. No one really wants to read this crap. Why do I bother?

So on the 30th and 31st we will celebrate my youngest daughters birthday with a 48 hour long birthday bash that usually includes a bonfire and staying up all night, but won't this year if we don't get more rain. If we do, then at midnight I will carry my busted laptop out on the front porch and watch them have fun while I start working on my Nano Novel.

Why? Because it's November and its what I do in November and there is always the chance that this year... This year something will work right.
