I think it depends on what questions you want to ask the FBI? I mean if it's just procedures and training, I'm sure they would answer them, if it's specifics about cases, probably not.
Maybe email the public relations officer? And see if there's someone that could give you a tour or answer some questions before you drive up there. Explain what you're doing and why you're asking.
