Most of us get by with an upgraded Membership. Premium does have its advantages but it can be hard to keep going if something happens and you find yourself having to raise gps to keep it. Premium Plus adds a few things that the rest of us don't have but its main addition is basically giving you your own website hosting. So whether or not you need to go that far depends on your needs for a dedicated website.

Personally I would recommend the Upgraded or premium if you can afford it. It does have some features you can't access on Upgraded that can be helpful.
