Noticing Newbies

Hey Logan and welcome to Writing.Com. Do you specifically like to write in horror genre? Story that you have in your port says that. If so, you can consider to join some horror contest that we have around the site and see how good you are at it. I will link you some bellow so you can consider to check them out:

I'm sure that you will get reviews within few days if not hours, most of the people are doing NaNoWriMo this month so everyone is focused on that mostly. But, not everyone of course . It could be useful if you fill up biography in your portfolio and tell in which genres you like to write. Most of us here visiting newbie's ports to find an information and possible people who write in the same genre as us. The other way to get reviews is also if you give some. On the left side of your portfolio you will see browse by genre, if you click on it you will find all poetry and stories written in different kind of genres. If you like dark and horror you can read the others and give reviews. People usually return a favor. Welcome to WdC again, I hope to see you around the site.
