Your Tears

I come when you're feeling blue,
knowing there's a way to help you.
Flushing gently through your soul,
which I'll do lest you grow old,
to bring new light to your heart
even when you wish to die, depart
from hardships of your one life
especially when you're facing strife,
hoping to give your spirits a lift
as I believe that is my gift.

Most don't realize the value I bring
as tears in your eyes, lead you to sing
away the sadness when I hear your heart ring.
