Part of learning dealing with any character flaws, depression or other mental health concerns is focusing on recovery. Part of that focus includes journaling or writing. There is a nice feature in your portfolio called a blog that you can set up as a personal journal and keep the entries for your eyes only. I like this idea as sometimes there are days or events you want to write or rant about but not necessarily share with the entire site. This is a useful feature and I would encourage you, inanition to sharing your writing to use this blog/ journal.
