The Rubliw is an intriguing form of light verse developed from the Cinquain by Richard Wilbur, and is usually a message to someone. It consists of nine monorhymed lines in progressively increasing length from iambic monometer to pentameter and then back down to monometer (syllable counts of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2), as demonstrated in the following link: http://www.poetrymagnumopus.com/index.php?showtopic=1962 .
