Shadows and Light Poetry Contest

Thanks for entering again this month. However, because this piece has an even and set rhyme, meter, or pattern, it would be considered traditional poetry. That means it doesn't qualify as free verse and is not eligible for a free verse competition. However, you can and should enter it in the "Poetic Traditions Poetry Contest "  which is perfect for this piece. You are also free to enter a new free verse piece for this round of "Shadows and Light Poetry Contest"
