I am planning on visiting my small local zoo and write a series of stories involving the various animals, their origin, subspecies, and a non-fictional story to accompany it. I am thinking it would be not only educational but also entertaining. Would I classify this as children's or young adult. I am thinking it would be appropriate for ages 5 years and up. At least that is my goal.
