Like you, my younger brother has a nonstandard working week (Friday-Tuesday, with Wednesday & Thursday off). It's permanent night shift, which causes some inconvenience because he has to sleep in the daytime after his Tuesday night and again before his Friday night, but it's regular work and the night shift pays better than the day shift, so he's relatively content.

My week is fairly regular now, but I have too few hours of paid work, and too few available hours to offer an employer. I hope this will improve when the other house is clean enough to sell, but I'd rather start my writing career than work full-time. I'll probably change my mind though, and realise how important it is to earn enough money to afford a few luxuries.
