Same problem! Always! I have two "cheats" to solve this. For example, I have a moon and dancing theme for this story, so googled for "names meaning moon/celestial/dancer /etc". Then I pick out the (bits of the) names that I like. In this case: Amaris (child of the moon), Aiday(moonchild), Laasya (graceful dancer), so my protagonist's name is now Laisya Amaris, Lai for short. Or I'll use a random name generator and pick out the parts I like from there, although sometimes I'll go through a whole database and not find anything... And sometimes I'll switch on the computer and think "ugh! What was I thinking!" and have to start over again... Good luck!
