October Novel Prep Challenge

Cultural setting? No thanks, can I just move on to my research? Oh, well I see I have to do this step.... In that case, I think I need to go let my dog out! If I had a dog.... Ok, I'll try again. Was that the door? I'd better go check!

Why is it this assignment took me forever to do? I understand what a cultural setting is so why can't I put it down for my story? Is it because my characters are kids? I don't think so.... I don't think it's even the time or place that is making it so hard. I know it is important and I did the best I could. I think I need to go bake 100 dozen cookies to get me through the rest of this prep and to procrastinate doing anymore on this assignment!
