October Novel Prep Challenge

Kalistra , me too! My protagonist is in good shape but my antagonist and one of my minor characters are WEAK. I spent so much time brainstorming who they even were that I didn't get much of anything into a profile, beyond name, occupation, and a few basics. I plan to use some freestyle brainstorming time to get to know these guys better, and then we have two character background stories later in the calendar that I know will tell me more about them. Usually I've got characters down and plot takes all my effort, but this year it's the opposite.
