Outline Overwhelmed

Outlining my story has made me feel overwhelmed. I think my outline is a bit messy. When I looked at what others had posted I felt really overwhelmed because of the amount of information laid out. Could it be it's because my story only takes place over the course of one week and therefore not as much information? Or do I not have enough information thought out?
