question about demographic profile
I know I'm like a week ahead but I've been looking at who might be my market profile, or my demographic profile. The article said look at those around me; friends, family etc. Also my own hobbies, political and religious views.

So, looking at such things I came to the realization that my fantasy novel might be in the lines of something like a "Lord of the Rings" fantasy. Oh not the same thing obviously. But a story about morals, good & evil, coming of age and doing the right thing vs the wrong.

So my question is, would my demographic include the Christian population as did the "Lord of the Rings" series? (as I'm very much Christian and hold firm to my beliefs) And can fantasy novels be in this demographic?

Thanks for any opinions on this.
