I think this is a totally normal feeling for writers and there's lots of reasons as to why. Writers have a habit of second guessing themselves frequently. Plus if you're working on any kind of big project that take a long period of time its easy to fall into the fear that it will never be finished or won't be worth it when it is.
I definitely struggle with this one too and it impacts how often I write which, of course, doesn't help the situation.
Take a deep breath. Take some time to remember why it is you write. Chances are it all started because writing is something you like to do. Getting back to that simple fact can make a huge difference. Write for you and only for you for a while. After all, ultimately its about your journey first. Time to remember how to enjoy that journey.
